Dear Families,
The 2018 – 2019 school year is upon us. Wednesday, August 1st is our first day. All are welcome and encouraged to attend our Move In/Ice Cream Social day on Sunday, July 29th from 12:00 – 1:30 PM. Before care will not be available on August 1st. Students may arrive after 7:30AM with school beginning promptly at 8AM. Our first day of before care will be August 2nd beginning at 6:30AM.

Parents who wish to volunteer in classrooms, attend field trips, work in the cafeteria, and coach or help with sports anytime throughout the school year should complete the Safe and Sacred Program, including the background check. Completing this early in the year will ensure your place in our programs. You may access Safe and Sacred at https://safeandsacred-archindy.org.
Enclosed in this packet is information that will help you as you begin the school year. Before and after care registration must be completed prior to your child attending these programs. Please fill out the before and after care form even if your child may only occasionally use one or both of these programs.
